collaboration collection of smart raincoats
with Cultural Project team - educational
instituition based in Kyiv.
why smart? raincoats are two-sided and
have intellectual secrets printed on top of
some parts: stories about Ai Weiwei and
Philip Glass. some decorative elements
remind of bookmarks with information.

the contraversive concept was inspired by
the gender problematics and identity crisis,
speculating on the question if there was no
gender at all.

MOTIVATION

Vogue Ua and Go Global t-shirt project for
language program, which was sold at pop-
up store. our print was inspired by the sense
of chaos and absurdity in erroneous
translations of Chinese clothing prints and
advertising. there are so many fake and
mistakenly written phrases, which don't
make any sense. this situation is comical
and confusing at the same time, pointing
our attention to motivation of being culturally
awarned and educated.
